alternative workout

while home for christmas break there was a lot of eating that took place and very little exercise. which could prove to be problematic when i have to weigh in this week for the maintain, no gain challenge.

but i did get one workout in that was unplanned, just dance 3 for wii.  oh my gosh, such a fun game but it definitely kicked my butt.  i could barely move the next day. another reason i liked it so much is because for three hours i actually thought i was a really good dancer.

  1. they were doing this at one of my elementary schools, the teachers said it was pretty intense!
    maybe i should check it out and work on my dancefloor moves.
