i have been sick the past few days with some sort of flu/cold bug, hence no menu posting this week. last night i was finally getting my appetite back so we decided to head to olive garden for the never ending pasta bowl. i am not a huge fan of chain restaurants and i'd much rather eat local but $8.95 for all you can eat pasta is hard to pass up.
for less than $25 including tip we each had two pasta bowls (we took our second one home for lunch tomorrow), two servings each of salad, breadsticks and four andes mints. what a steal.
i asked our server how many bowls he has seen one person eat, any guesses? a whopping seven! now that person was definitely carb loading.
