tsing tsao - waukee, has the cheapest lunch in town (other than a costco hot dog.)for less than $5.00 you get an entree, soup, crab rangoon and an egg roll. can you believe you get all that food for that price? to make things even better, not only is it super cheap but it is also delicious.
today i went with the hot and sour soup, fried rice and veggie delight with cashews. yummo.
